Dieses Dokument wird als eigener Screen in der Anwendung angezeigt und als Annex des Endnutzer-Lizenzvertrags vollständig wiedergegeben. Als dieser Annex ist es Bestandteil der EULA.
xLog Boating stellt Seekarteninformationen dar, die aus amtlichen Daten abgeleitet sind, die uns nationale hydrographische Dienste auf Grundlage von Lizenzverträgen liefern, dazu elektronische Binnenschifffahrtskarten (Binnen-ENC) aus den unten genannten Quellen und eine aus OpenStreetMap-Daten abgeleitete Basiskarte. Die folgenden Tabellen zeigen, welche Quelle welches Gebiet abdeckt.

Auf eine in dieser Tabelle genannte Lizenz stützen wir uns nur für die Daten, die wir unmittelbar von der in der Zeile genannten Quelle beziehen (ELWIS, vaarweginformatie.nl, Géoportail de la Wallonie, port.brussels), und für alle Daten, die wir über EuRIS beziehen, allein auf die EuRIS-Freigabe, gleich welche Stelle die Zelle herausgegeben hat. Das beschränkt nicht, was die Lizenz der Stelle, die eine Zelle veröffentlicht, Ihnen mit ihr erlaubt, gleich auf welchem Weg wir sie bezogen haben.
Weder die Datenquellen noch EuRIS übernehmen eine Gewähr für Richtigkeit oder Aktualität der Binnen-ENC. Sie werden zu Informationszwecken bereitgestellt und sind keine amtlichen Inland-ECDIS-Karten; einzelne Datensätze werden selten oder gar nicht aktualisiert, und die ungarischen Zellen sind von ihrer Quelle zu Testzwecken veröffentlicht. Die Anwendung zeigt den Datenstand jeder Kartenzelle an.
Quellenvermerke für die Binnen-ENC. Die Binnen-ENC-Daten haben wir für die Darstellung in der Anwendung umgewandelt und gerendert; sie sind gegenüber den Originaldatensätzen verändert. Es gelten die folgenden Vermerke:
Basiskarte (OpenStreetMap). Die Basiskarte und die Offline-Ortsdatenbank sind aus OpenStreetMap-Daten abgeleitet: © OpenStreetMap contributors, lizenziert unter der Open Database License 1.0 (openstreetmap.org/copyright; Lizenztext unter https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/). Die Daten haben wir verändert und gerendert. Die Offline-Ortsdatenbank, die wir mit der Anwendung ausliefern, ist eine abgeleitete Datenbank im Sinne dieser Lizenz und steht selbst unter ihr: Sie dürfen sie unter den Bedingungen der ODbL nutzen, weitergeben und bearbeiten. Sie liegt der Anwendung maschinenlesbar bei, zusammen mit einem Hinweis, der die Lizenz und diese Adresse nennt, und auf Anfrage an support@xlog-boating.com senden wir Ihnen auch eine Kopie. Die Datenbank, aus der wir die Basiskarte rendern, ist ebenfalls eine abgeleitete Datenbank unter der ODbL und steht Ihnen selbst unter ihr zur Verfügung: Auf Anfrage an dieselbe Adresse stellen wir Ihnen kostenlos diese Datenbank in maschinenlesbarer Form samt Lizenzhinweis oder eine Beschreibung der Änderungen, die wir an den OpenStreetMap-Daten vorgenommen haben, und der Art ihrer Herstellung bereit, einschließlich der von uns verwendeten Import- und Filterkonfiguration.
Offen lizenzierte Inhalte unterliegen weiterhin ihrer eigenen Lizenz; die EULA beschränkt nicht, was diese Lizenzen mit diesen Daten in der von der Quelle bezogenen Fassung erlauben, mit den beiden oben beschriebenen aus OpenStreetMap-Daten abgeleiteten Datenbanken und bei Daten unter CC BY 4.0 auch nicht mit ihren Inhalten, wie die Anwendung sie darstellt (Abschnitt 7 der EULA). Davon abgesehen gilt für die Daten in der Fassung, die wir für die Darstellung in der Anwendung umgewandelt und gerendert haben, die EULA.
Die Tabellen zeigen, welche Quelle die Daten für welches Gebiet liefert, sodass Sie Kartendaten unterschiedlicher Herkunft auseinanderhalten können; den genauen Zuschnitt des Gebiets, das ein Abonnement abdeckt, sehen Sie beim Kauf auf der Karte. Sie beschreiben die Abdeckung zu dem am Kopf dieses Dokuments genannten Stand. Die abgedeckten Gebiete können sich während Ihres Abonnements ändern, etwa wenn eine Lizenz mit einem hydrographischen Dienst beginnt oder endet oder eine Datenquelle entfällt. Abschnitt 3 der Nutzungsbedingungen beschreibt, wie wir Sie über solche Änderungen informieren und welche Rechte Ihnen dann zustehen; die Tabellen selbst sind kein Versprechen, dass die Abdeckung unverändert bleibt.
Die folgende Erklärung geben wir wörtlich so wieder, wie es eine der Organisationen verlangt, die die Kartendaten liefern. Es ist eine Erklärung dieser Organisation über die Position der Stellen, die ENC-Daten herausgeben. This Service includes (but is not limited to) content based on ENC Data issued by government authorities. The Parties acknowledge and agree that whilst the relevant government authority has confidence in the ENC Data issued, once it is issued and converted into other formats, the relevant government authority has no further control over the said data or the service that is provided to users. This includes, but is not limited to representation, display, completeness, up-to-datedness, or accuracy.
